Bailong Chuangyuan currently operates 15,000 tons of crystalline allulose capacity , the largest in China and second globally. The company was the "first in China" to achieve industrial-scale allulose production and revenue. Its "15,000 tons crystalline sugar project" (including 5,000 tons allulose) is ramping up utilization, with further sales growth expected in 2026.
The Thailand Smart Health Factory, a ¥748 million investment – is under construction and will add "12,000 tons of crystalline allulose and 7,000 tons of liquid allulose" upon completion. This will "double" the company's allulose capacity and establish an overseas production base to reduce tariffs and mitigate trade risks.

With 14 allulose-related patents (including 6 PCT patents) covering strain cultivation and production processes, Bailong achieves over 99.5% crystalline purity. The company holds the 2 global market share in allulose (2024), with overseas revenue accounting for "67%" of total sales.
2026 Outlook
With China's allulose approval in July 2025 and the mandatory sugar labeling standard taking effect in March 2027, domestic demand is poised to accelerate. As the domestic capacity leader with a clear global expansion roadmap, Bailong is well-positioned to capture this growth wave.
