Focusing on core business and capacity strengthening, Bailong Chuangyuan has optimized output and extended its industrial chain through key projects. The company pushed intelligent capacity upgrades, expanded high-end product lines and extended upstream and downstream linkages to raise both capacity and quality, and to improve efficiency and returns.
On the production side, automation, digitalization and consolidation initiatives upgraded equipment and processes to boost yield and energy utilization while reducing costs and emissions. In 2024 two major projects reached production — an annual 30,000-ton soluble dietary fiber line and a 15,000-ton crystalline sugar line. Both projects integrated digital-twin technology, DCS and real-time monitoring to enable unmanned workshop operations, cutting comprehensive energy consumption by over 40% and markedly improving efficiency and product quality.
Strategic vertical extension and horizontal collaboration guide the company’s supply-chain layout. Strategic partnerships with premium raw-material bases ensure supply and quality control, while customized solutions for downstream sectors — food & beverage, health products and feed — have transformed the company from a single-product supplier into a full-solution provider. Dedicated teams serving leading clients such as Mengniu and BY-HEALTH deepen cooperation and raise product value. These efforts have yielded a resilient, competitive full-chain structure and multiple national and provincial honors, including “Specialized and New” Little Giant, National Green Factory and top rankings in light industry and private-enterprise innovation.
Innovation-Driven: Securing the Technological High Ground
Innovation sits at the core of Bailong Chuangyuan’s strategy. Combining in-house R&D with industry–university–research collaboration, the company operates high-standard R&D and testing centers and a professional research team focused on strain breeding, bioprocessing and enzyme engineering. A full-cycle innovation and commercialization mechanism has led to breakthroughs in key technologies.
To date the company has filed over 150 patents and been granted more than 90, including about 80 domestic invention patents and 11 overseas invention patents. It has undertaken national and provincial research projects, received multiple provincial-level science and technology awards, and collaborates with institutions such as Shandong University, Jiangnan University and the China Food Fermentation Research Institute to promote industrialization of advanced technologies.
In November 2025, a joint project with Jiangnan University on “Bio-manufacturing Key Technologies and Industrialization for Functional Carbohydrates” was recognized among 14th Five-Year Plan advanced science-and-technology achievements in light industry, addressing industry bottlenecks and supporting efficient, green production of health-food raw materials. The company pioneered rare sugar D-allulose R&D in 2014, scaled liquid production in 2016, and achieved crystallization technology and industrial production by 2019. Its crystalline D-allulose now exceeds 99.5% purity and is protected by 14 related patents. The company also contributes to national and industry standards, leveraging innovation to offer tailored low-/no-sugar and high-fiber ingredient solutions for major downstream brands.
Global Expansion: Two-Way Market Strategy

In July 2025 it launched a smart health-food raw-materials factory project in Thailand with planned capacities including 12,000 tons of crystalline D-allulose, 7,000 tons of liquid D-allulose, 20,000 tons of resistant dextrin and 6,000 tons of fructooligosaccharides. The Thailand project leverages local raw-material cost advantages to lower production costs and expand access to European, North American, Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern markets, marking a shift from “product export” to “brand and capacity export.”
Overseas operations have become a major growth engine, and the company’s dual domestic-international market model strengthens its position in global value and supply chains.

Quality control is central: the company enforces full-chain quality management, tight supplier selection and dynamic supplier oversight; real-time monitoring of key production parameters helps maintain an annual product qualification rate above 99.8%.

In 2025 it delivered 46 training sessions reaching more than 1,200 participants.
